In order to maintain our low prices, we have to insist on payment being made within 30 days of the course date. We will invoice you on the day of the course, or at the end of a block booking (see below). To avoid any future disappointment please pay within 30 days.
Should the unfortunate happen and you need to cancel your course, our procedure is as follows:
If you transfer your course date to a substitute date and book the substitute course within 5 working days of the cancellation, you will not be charged regardless of cancellation terms above.
If you decide to book a block of courses with us, and the last course falls within 30 days of the first, we will send an invoice for the block of courses on the day of the last course.
