INTRODUCTION COURSE

There are two course levels for Outlook, introduction and advanced. The introduction course aims to use this Desktop Information Manager to store and organise personal and business information.

You will learn to send email with added email options applied. Quickly file your mail away for safe keeping. Enter appointments in your calendar, check other people’s schedules then organise meetings with them. Create a list of contacts, and manage tasks.

ADVANCED COURSE

Delegates will learn how to manage, prioritise, and arrange email messages. Process received or sent messages automatically using rules. Schedule and manage meetings with other users.

Give other users different permission levels to view or manage your items. Use contacts to access the Internet to obtain further resources. Priorities your work using tasks, assign a task to another user. Delegates will learn how to control message styles and templates.
